Eli is a qualified yoga teacher. She was first introduced to yoga as a teenager in the midst of a debilitating eating disorder. Yoga played a fundamental role in Eli's journey to full recovery and has featured in her self care practice ever since.
Drawing from her personal love of the practice, professional knowledge of anatomy, and background in physical rehabilitation, Eli's classes are nurturing, fun and effective.
Combining the ancient philosophies of yoga with modern science, Eli encourages participants to celebrate their inherent strengths while exploring their unique challenges in a safe and supportive environment.
